Donna’s mum, Nell, has been in the confectionery business for over fifteen years. She knows sweet making! With Donna’s background in mechanical engineering and a fascination with how things work, they wanted to pool our talents to create something wonderful.
In 2012, they saw an opportunity to start a business together, making a small range of peanut brittle varieties. We were astonished by how popular they were, and quickly discovered that people yearned for traditional-style sweets crafted from quality ingredients. And quickly expanded the range to include traditional rock candies and boiled sweets.
