Tasting Notes: This is our take on an American Pale Ale. Golden in colour with a defined hop flavour & crisp malt profile. Cascade & Ahtanum hops provide citrus & floral aromas with a smooth bitterness. The addition of Simcoe brings the aroma of pine needles & earthiness, perfectly balanced with a resinous backbone.
Pentridge Pale Ale … a beer that is worth doing time for.
Malts: Pale Malt 87%, Munich Malt 10% & Wheat Malt 3%.
Hops: US Cascade, Simcoe, Ahtanum & Warrior.
